Coz has corrected the few problems we have found (with shipped items) within 24 hours. Bear in mind, I live in AZ, which means I pay state tax on everything he ships to me (us) - which means I can save money by going elsewhere. If you found a fault, you should have called/emailed/IM: immediately, not install them. Sorry; my opinion, but you (son) are at fault as well.
